Atlas Studios, collaborating with Smith Stag Attorneys as the primary marketing agency, orchestrated a comprehensive campaign in response to the BP Oil Spill. This initiative was notable for its extensive collaboration with numerous PR agencies and attorneys, highlighting the firm’s ability to manage and integrate a multifaceted marketing strategy under crisis conditions.
The campaign’s backbone consisted of the development and deployment of over 20 specialized websites. These platforms were meticulously designed to facilitate the coordination of email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media campaigns, ensuring a broad and effective reach to the impacted communities and beyond.
A particularly innovative aspect of Atlas Studios’ approach was the creation of bespoke applications designed to capture and report data on the oil-affected areas. This tool was crucial for class action attorneys, providing them with the necessary information to support legal claims and actions against BP.
The execution of this vast campaign was underpinned by the efforts of a dedicated team of over 90 professionals, including photographers, videographers, and writers.
